Return Policy

We offer a 3-day (from date of delivery) return policy for those buying 20 copies and above of each title.

For the return of a copy or copies less than 20, we offer a 24-hr return policy.

However, if you are dissatisfied with a product and want to return it, you must notify us within the stipulated time.

Items that have been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, replacement or exchange.

Please note that Rekordbreakers Books will not be liable to pay the return fee, if your order quantity is less than 20 copies.

Approved replacements will be delivered within 5-30 working days, depending on your location.

To be eligible for replacement, the item(s) must be in the same condition that it was received. You must also show proof of purchase.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our Quality Control Team, the buyer will be notified of the status of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 (Ten) working days and paid into your preferred bank account.

All returned books should be shipped to our return station at the Rekordbreakers Bookstore, 12/12A Ayangburen Road, Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria.
